Emergency Response Disclaimer
While we offer emergency services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays, response times may vary depending on demand, weather, and traffic. We make every effort to arrive promptly but cannot guarantee exact arrival times.
Insurance Claim Support
We assist with documentation for insurance purposes, including moisture readings, photographs, and written service details. However, we do not influence the outcome of your claim, and final decisions rest with your insurance provider.
No Structural Repair or Rebuild
Keen Remediation does not perform structural repairs or reconstruction services. If repair work is needed after cleanup, you may be referred to a licensed contractor. We are not responsible for work performed by third-party vendors.
Referral Network
In certain cases, service requests may be redirected to qualified third-party providers when appropriate based on your location, emergency level, or specific service needs. All referred contractors are expected to be licensed and insured. Please verify credentials before authorizing work.
