Very professional staff I must say!. I had a leak coming down from the apartment on top and flooded my unit, these amazing team were at my house at 11pm assisting and setting the machines up to reduce all the humidity and dry the walls to avoid mold, after that it was nothing but a pleasant experience that I received from the company.

Keen Remediation was recommended to me by my plumber after i had a hose break in my washing machine on my 2nd floor flooding part of the first floor damaging my hardwood floors. Keen came out quickly to soak up all the water. Once the water was gone, they removed all the damaged wood planks in my floor, set up their drying equipment to dry out the rest of the floor and underneath the damaged parts they removed. They were out consistently to check on the floor making sure it was drying properly and fast. I was very pleased with how professional and caring they were.

New to the city and just bought my first condo. I need to share what amazing service I received from this company after I came back home from a weekend business trip to Ohio that ended catastrophic for me.
I was gone for three days and the water heater in my place decide to break and water leaked everywhere. I reached out to Keen to get ll this water damage handled and contained. I spoke with Ruth and this women took care of everything for me as if I was family, she scheduled the tech, followed up with me for the next couple of days after this happened to make sure everything was well, she also sent someone out a few days later to make sure I was content with the service that was provided.

I never thought I would need to call somebody for a dry-out service but I was impressed with this company. Would definitely recommend to others.

Very detailed and clean work by this company. Had a toilet overflow and there was black water everywhere. Daniel and his team came out and cleaned everything and got my house decontaminated ASAP. Thanks Keen you guys were great!!

In my opinion best and most professional water damage restoration company out there , had a pipe bust late night behind my laundry wall called explained the situation quick response arrived at my house shortly after with a professional team stopped leak installed equipment to dry up all water , cleaned up everything , owner was understanding explained I had no insurance worked out a deal for me one of Florida’s top company’s will definitely recommend to friends and family or anyone in need . My place looks better than before after they finished all the work they did not many company owners will get out of bed and even work themselves to make a customer happy and stress free . They deserve 100 stars for service , promptness, and how professional they are
